I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The location near Koviou beach is fantastic, and the pools are nice, but the room and bathroom were in desperate need of repairs. The dining experience was mediocre, with limited dishes that could use more frequent refills. Additionally, the hotel management showed a lack of urgency during a crisis, which left me feeling neglected.
